Charming detached holiday home with pool and children's playground, just 15 km from the sandy beaches of Viareggio. The house is surrounded by a 4000 m² park with football pitch, basketball court, slide and swings, and offers areas for outdoor dining and barbecues. Inside: large kitchen with fireplace, dining room with fireplace, a small room with piano, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The location is ideal for reaching not only the famous beaches of Lido di Camaiore (18 km), the carnival town of Viareggio or the fashionable Forte dei Marmi (29 km), but also for visiting Carrara with its precious marble (50 km) and Pietrasanta (19 km), the town of sculptors and statues. For nature and sports lovers: the Antro del Corchia cave (37.4 km) in the Apuan Alps Park with tunnels and springs (70 km), which make it the most important karst complex in Italy; the famous Grotta del Vento cave (58 km) with a stopover in the village of Colonnata, famous for its delicacy Lardo di Colonnata (bacon); the paths of Lake Massaciuccoli (18 km) with the ruins of Roman thermal baths. Not forgetting a 20 km cycle path that connects the villages of Versilia. For art lovers: Pisa (28 km) with the famous Leaning Tower; Lucca (18 km), the city of towers; Florence (94 km), the cradle of the Renaissance. About 32 kilometres away is Collodi, the home town of Pinocchio, which is particularly interesting for small children. In summer there are boat connections from Viareggio to the beautiful Cinque Terre.

Séjour du 08/08/2020 au 22/08/2020

Super maison. Propriétaire super sympa et disponible (ne parle que italien).
Piscine propre et entretenue même pendant le séjour.
Maison spacieuse et jolie mais un peu vétuste.
Énorme terrain - super pour les enfants!
! Pas de réseau téléphonique mais il y a le wifi dans la maison.
Situé en hauteur dans la montagne - pas de voisin - super calme. Par contre un peu de route pour les commerces.
