Beautiful detached holiday home in Selvatelle di Terriccciola, in the Era Valley, in the countryside between Pisa, Lucca and Florence. Large, equipped outdoor areas with beautifully equipped and illuminated private pool (10x5m, 1.2 m deep), outdoor shower, playing field, children's play area. Well-kept furnishings with attention to detail. The house has a gym, shower with sauna and Turkish bath, whirlpool bath. From the property you can enjoy beautiful views of the countryside and the surrounding hills. The plot (3,000 m2) around the house with lawn and trees is completely fenced.
