You can choose between the equipped beaches of the Ionian Sea or the Mediterranean Sea, with crystal clear waters. Not to be missed are the baroque monuments of the historic centre and the Cathedral of Noto. Some distances: Modica (40 km), with the archaeological sites of Cava dIspica, Scicli (55 km) nestled between mountains and sea and Catania (93 km) at the foot of Mount Etna. Just 20 km away is Pozzallo, from where you can embark for the island of Malta.
