Villa with pool, spacious living room, bright kitchen and three bedrooms. You live in Roujan, not far from Béziers. The garden around the house is a true oasis of peace and offers a private pool protected from view, a boules court, a ping-pong table and two terraces, one of which is equipped with a summer kitchen and barbecue. The house is the ideal starting point for any number of excursions through the region. Explore the hinterland and take advantage of the Mediterranean beaches only 30 minutes away, for example in Marseillan, Le Grau-d'Agde or Vias. Pézenas or the town of Molières, 12 km away, is a town rich in history with a charming pedestrian zone that is very lively in summer. Big and small vacationers will find happiness at the recreational lake Lac de Salagou, 30 km away, with its beautiful picnic areas and various water sports activities on offer, and a hike in the Cirque de Mourèze mountain basin will reward you with a breathtaking panorama. Visit some of the region's many winemakers, for example at Faugères and Saint-Chinian, and take a look around Bouzigues, famous for its oysters and mussels farmed in the beach lake Étang de Thau.
