Holiday home located close to Scarlino, at only 4 Km from the sandy or pebbly beaches, deep in the green countryside, with large garden. Ideal accommodation for large families and for children, thanks to the wide spaces both indoors and outdoors; a nice fenced garden equipped with table, chairs, barbecue, relax area, is at your disposal for pleasant meals or relaxing moment alfresco. Strategic position to explore the beach resorts in the gulf of Follonica, among which the renowned Follonica at only 5 Km, with its nice beaches and many services, which make it particularly suitable for children, Cala Violina at 8 Km, Punta Ala at 20 Km. Other famous sea resorts at Castiglione della Pescaia, 23 Km, or Piombino at 40 Km. For a holiday focusing also on sports or fun activities outdoors you will find tennis court at only 2 km, golf course at 8 Km, a water park at 5 Km. Access through a short stretch of dirt road (500 m). The house is arranged on ground floor and first floor, with some flights of stairs connecting the two levels (among which also a wooden spiral staircase).
