The seaside resorts of Martinsicuro and Alba Adriatica are only 4 km away and it is 13 km to the renowned tourist destination of San Benedetto del Tronto, with its beautiful and equipped waterfront promenade with pedestrian and bike paths, through which you can reach the marina and the old town. The apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator. In the living area is available a sofa bed (for a child under 12 years).
