The 18-hole golf course of Las Colinas has been named the best golf course in Spain. Nearby is also a "Sport & Health Centre" (tennis and paddle courts, Multi sports court, gym/fitness room, Wellness center) and 3 International restaurants (Italian, Sushi Bar) at 500 m distance. You should also pay a visit to the cities of Alicante, Cartagena, Orihuela, Torrevieja, Elche and Murcia.
This luxury apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be reached by elevator. The apartment has a communal swimming pool in beautiful surroundings and has 2 bathrooms. From the terrace during your breakfast you can enjoy the sunrise and a beautiful view of the green landscape and the sea. The apartment is air-conditioned and in addition to WiFi also has international channels via the TV.
Extra costs for bed linen 14 euros per person per stay (this includes a package of bath towels).
Latest arrival time is 10 p.m. and there is a €15 extra surcharge for arrivals on Sundays (payable locally).

Un appartement moderne situé dans un complexe de golf calme et exclusif. Très important, il y a beaucoup d'ombre sur la terrasse pendant toute la journée. Ainsi, chaque repas ou pause café a été pris à l'extérieur sur la terrasse. La terrasse est certainement assez spacieuse. Toujours en haute saison (août), la piscine commune n’a jamais été surpeuplée, idéale. Un problème technique dans la piscine a été résolu très rapidement grâce au gérant de la maison, au propriétaire et bien sûr au technicien espagnol. L'appartement / domaine est une bonne base pour des excursions ou pour aller à la plage. Une voiture est nécessaire. Un vrai must!
