Beautiful and bright vacation home with private pool, just 2 km from the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. The house extends over 4 floors and has a mini-lift. It is surrounded by large fenced and equipped grounds for relaxing with equipped pool area, children's play area, table tennis, covered parking. Guests have 6 bicycles at their disposal. From a spacious, bright room access to a large equipped terrace with barbecue for outdoor dining overlooking the pool. Well equipped kitchen. The owner is happy to organize: dinners and cooking classes with homemade pasta, bike trips to Pisa. In the basement there is a billiard room and a fitness area with treadmill and exercise bike. 1 km the Regional Park Rossore-Migliarino-Massaciuccoli with hiking trails which attracts especially nature lovers. 8 km the beaches of Marina di Pisa on the Etruscan coast. 18 km Torre del Lago on the picturesque lake Massaciuccoli where every year the Puccini opera season takes place, 26 km the art city of Lucca, 90 km Florence. Easy to reach are popular seaside resorts of Versilia such as lively Viareggio (22 km) and Forte dei Marmi (38 km) with elegant stores and colorful nightlife. Not far away the Natural Park of the Apuan Alps a dense network of well-marked and equipped hiking trails in a breathtaking landscape and the marble quarries of Carrara (55 km). For art lovers, Pisa (airport 4 km away) has much to offer and throughout the year there are numerous events. On request (at least one week in advance) and against payment: arrival from 8 pm; departure before 8.00 am; transfer service from/to the airport. Possibility of two extra beds on request and payment.

Belle maison avec 12 vrais couchages, une grande piscine, située dans une impasse privée, très calme et résidentielle de Pise, à 20-30' à pied de la Piazza dei Miracoli. Côté pratique, un arrêt de bus à 100m (ligne 6) qui emmène en 10-15' à la gare centrale de Pise, idéal pour visiter Lucca, Firenze, Siena, les 5 Terre...(le train n'est pas cher en Italie, beaucoup moins que les amendes si on s'aventure en voiture dans les ZTL, à supposer qu'on parvienne ensuite à s'y garer !). Roberto a été un hôte très prévenant, en amont de notre arrivée jusqu'au départ. Seul point négatif, les moustiques en ce mois d'août...mais c'était partout pareil. A noter le prix exorbitant de l'énergie (électricité, gaz) en Italie, mais c'était clairement indiqué dès notre réservation, à prévoir cependant dans le budget (800€ pour 8 personnes pour 2 semaines, et encore nous n'avons pratiquement pas fait tourner la clim)
