Newly built house, fenced, 800 meters from the village of Santa Gertrudis, located in the heart of the island of Ibiza. It is surrounded by a garden with trees of all kinds, creating an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.
It is distributed on one floor, creating comfort:
Dining room with air conditioning + living room with TV, sofa for 4
Separate kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, cooking utensils, crockery. Access to the pool.
The hallway (with air conditioning) leads to the 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom:
1 double bedroom (1,60 m)
1 double bedroom (1,50 m)
1 single bedroom (0,90 m)
1 bathroom with bath tub (in the hallway)
From the living room:
1 double bedroom (1,80 m) and en-suit bathroom with hydromassage bathtub
The exterior features a large swimming pool (10x5 m) with lawn, barbecue area with covered porch and al fresco dining table for 6. Also a nice pond with fish. Nice terrace covered wile for 6. Balinese chill-out bed and an outside bathroom with shower.
It has a small gym that can be used on request and paying a supplement
Complete cleaning every 7 days, with change of sheets and towels.
Towel change mid week. .
