Beautiful villa, very well maintained, with flower gardens, swimming pool and two outdoor areas, each with its barbecue to eat in the shade.
This villa is environmentally friendly, self-sustaining and self-sufficient with electricity from solar panels, a well and a water cistern.
It is located near the town of San Rafael (5-10 min by car), where you can find shops, pharmacy, banks and very good restaurants. Very close there is also a very charming one where you can dine and have a drink outdoors.

It is wheelchair accessible, has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, distributed on a single floor.

It has air conditioning throughout the accommodation and also fans in the bedrooms.

In the garden you will find fruit trees and the owners give permission to pick some fruits. There is also a pond with fish and frogs.
The pool (11x5m) has one of the dining areas, sun loungers and a Balinese bed, it also has an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a toilet. And then another outdoor dining area with barbecue in front of the house.

Complete cleaning every 7 nights, with change of sheets and towels.
