The house of about 135 m2 distributed on one floor, has 3 bedrooms, all with wardrobe; one of them with double bed and two with two single beds and air conditioning. If you are traveling with baby, we can prepare a cot and a highchair on request. There are two bathrooms with shower. The living-dining room, with a special character thanks to its stone wall, is very cozy and has a comfortable sofa, TV-Sat and air conditioning. A second separate dining room with a large dining table for 8 guests also has a sofa and A / C. The independent kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary utensils. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Located on the outskirts of Inca, this villa is ideal for those who seek tranquility without getting too far from the village. This contract does not offer any kind of tourist services to the renter and only consists of the grant of use and enjoyment of property.
