Located in Peyzac-le-Moustier, this cottage dates back to the 17th century and has authentic features and modern facilities. The 2 bedrooms offer comfortable rest to 4 guests. A shared swimming pool is available for beating the heat.
The Vezere River is just 7 km away and can be visited for a day trip. The town of Les Eyzies located 7 km away, where all the shops, cafes, supermarket and restaurants are there can also be visited. You have to drive a few minutes to reach Montignac, where water sports can be enjoyed.
The heated cottage features a terrace, where you can enjoy meals, while the kids play on the play equipment in the shared garden. It is a child-friendly and pet-friendly property provided the dogs are not too big, trained well and do not bark unnecessarily. A game of boules can be played in the shared boules court to stay active. Paid and shared washing machine is also available so that there is no laundry-related stress.

Nous avons été bien reçus par les propriétaires qui habitent sur le même terrain. Le gîte a l'air très bien à l'extérieur. Nous avons eu le gîte avec la meilleure vue! À l'intérieur, la maison était suffisante. Tout était présent et propre. Les sièges n'étaient pas très confortables et les oreillers sur les lits étaient trop plats.

très bel emplacement avec une belle vue sur une vallée spacieux propriétaires d'appartements vivent à côté de l'appartement et sont très utiles
