Welcome to Le Petit Château, located in Bar-sur-Seine, an idyllic town through which the Seine flows. This is a beautiful, authentic and carefully renovated country house, offering a unique holiday experience.
Bar-sur-Seine is a beautiful medieval town with various facilities and attractions. You will find good restaurants, cafés, not to mention the remains of the castle. It is located in the heart of the Champagne region and offers great views of the many vineyards. Follow the Côte des Bar champagne route (Pinot Noir) and enjoy the rolling hills and many picturesque villages (Essoyes 16 km, Les Riceys 14 km). The Forêt Orient nature park is just 26 km away and you can go hiking, cycling or enjoy a relaxing afternoon at the beach (pedalos available). There are several golf courses within a 30 km radius and you can go to the Nigloland theme park (30 km) for a day of thrills. A day trip to Trotes (33 km) with its large shopping centre, charming bistros and imposing cathedral is also worthwhile.
This group home is one of a kind. The bedrooms and bathrooms each have their own champagne theme and the interior is adorned by beautiful ornaments, wooden floors and hard stone elements. The house features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen adjacent to a bright dining room. The dining room flows into the veranda with breathtaking views of no less than 7000 m² of land. Despite its central location, you will enjoy plenty of peace, space and privacy. The children can play among the fruit trees and on the trampoline, while you enjoy an aperitif on the sunny terrace with barbecue.
Bar-sur-Seine is a beautiful little medieval town, with various facilities and attractions. There you will find good restaurants and nice bars. don't forget to visit the remains of the castle. You will literally find yourself in the heart of the Champagne region and have a beautiful view of the many vineyards. Follow the champagne route from Côte des Bar (Pinot noir) and enjoy the rolling hills which are home to many picturesque villages (Essoyes 16km, Les Riceys 14km).
There are also many other possibilities in the vicinity. The Orient Forest Natural Park is located just 26 km away, where you can go for walks and cycling, but also spend a relaxing afternoon at the beach or take a pedalo ride on the lake. There are also several golf courses within a radius of 30 km and you can head for a day of thrills at the Nigloland amusement park (30 km).
For a day of shopping, go to the beautiful city of Troyes (3 3km): it is known for its large shopping center, but it would be a shame not to visit the cathedral there or discover the charming cafés and bistros of the center -city.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Nous sommes une famille élargie avec 4 enfants et 9 petits-enfants qui cherchaient une atmosphère pour célébrer ensemble nos noces d'or. Nos souhaits n'étaient pas du tout inassouvis - en revanche, nous étions enthousiastes - répétition à coup sûr ! Merci à la famille d'accueil, qui, à cause du Covid, a compensé plus que prévu l'organisation/le soutien cahoteux de BelvillaCasamundo.

La maison est tout simplement incroyable, rénovée avec beaucoup d'amour et idéale pour rester avec toute la famille. La région immédiate était un peu décevante. Le village a besoin d'entretien et n'est pas le plus beau ou le plus beau des environs. Mais avec la voiture, vous êtes partout où vous voulez aller en un rien de temps et la maison avec son fantastique jardin compense certainement cela. Le reste de la région est charmant et en vaut la peine. Etant donné l’immense parcelle de terrain, nous recommandons également aux propriétaires de construire une piscine. Il ya donc suffisamment d’espace pour celle-ci et constituerait un avantage considérable pour un séjour.

La maison est incroyable et se trouve à quelques pas du coeur du magnifique petit village de Bar-Sur-Seine. Situé sur un terrain de la taille d'un domaine, de beaux arbres et un trampoline enterré que nos enfants adultes ont adoré. Complètement rénové et comprend toutes les commodités modernes. Les bains récemment rénovés sont inhabituellement grands pour l'Europe et la nouvelle cuisine avait tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour nourrir et divertir avec un grand groupe. Nous n'étions qu'une famille de quatre personnes, mais nous avons été si heureux d'avoir choisi cette maison, car c'était vraiment une expérience particulière.

À l’avance, nous avons reçu un courrier du propriétaire, ce qui nous a encore plus enthousiasmés par la semaine de vacances. Nous avons été reçus par le détenteur de la clé de langue anglaise. Génial! C'est une maison fantastique pour un groupe comme nos 19 adultes et 8 enfants. De l'extérieur une vieille maison, de l'intérieur un design moderne sans être froid. Vraiment génial. Il y a beaucoup à faire dans la région.

Fantastique maison meublée avec beaucoup de goût. Cuisine de rêve pour tous les cuisiniers amateurs, avec un stockage et un refroidissement plus que suffisants. Chambres spacieuses, salle de bains parfaite et très soignée. Tables de pique-nique dans un très grand jardin. plus.
