It is located on the seafront, 500m from the centre of Ribamar, a very well-known area for its excellent restaurants, especially seafood restaurants, and where you can also find various other commercial offerings such as: pharmacy, supermarket, barbecue, café, etc. The Coxos beach is 700m away, the São Lourenço beach is 1.5km away, the Ribeira d'Ilhas beach is 2km away and the centre of Ericeira is 5 km away. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.30 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is changed annually by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the values presented may occur.
