The holiday home has a spacious private swimming pool in a beautifully landscaped garden. A garden where you can literally taste grapes, citrus fruits, pomegranate, almonds, plums.
This beautiful villa is located in Benigembla. Ideal for a family, it has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.
The villa is centrally located and is only 2 km from the city center and the supermarket.
For a day around the beach, the sea is only 30 km away.
A private terrace or enclosed garden with garden furniture is accessible if you want an afternoon tea outside.
Cot (15 euros for the bed linen) and parking are available for your convenience.
The villa is an excellent base to relax or to explore the Costa Blanca a little more actively as a walker, cyclist or to make road trips by car and discover charming villages by the sea or inland!
The nearest airport is 80 km away. Check-in is between 4 PM and 10 PM and check-out is between 8 AM and 10 AM.

Réveiller tout les jours à 7h par le voisin qui fait ça terrasse .. si vous chercher du calme a éviter …

Accueil sympathique. La maison est magnifiquement située, très belle vue sur les montagnes. Toutes les commodités nécessaires sont disponibles, y compris lave-vaisselle, lave-linge. Le jardin en terrasse est également très agréable avec plusieurs endroits où vous pouvez vous asseoir. Il est très calme et agréable d'y séjourner. A une distance raisonnable, vous pouvez faire de belles excursions, Benidorm, Calpe, Elche, visiter de belles villes Denia, Altea ... .. un must pour ceux qui aiment la paix et la nature.

Maison magnifiquement conservée dans un cadre magnifique. Hébergement très soigné, propre, entièrement équipé. Piscine belle avec une vue magnifique. Le seul ajout intéressant pour nous serait un barbecue à gaz; cela peut également être utilisé pendant les périodes sèches?
