This luxurious, modern villa is perfect for families with children or a group of friends. The spacious accommodation has Wi-Fi, a smart TV and a lovely south-facing garden with pool, trampoline and play equipment.
Castelnau d'Aude produces delicious wines and a walk through the vineyards is definitely recommended. 3 km away is the village of La Redorte where you will find a supermarket and a delicious bakery. Just a 10-minute drive away is Canal du Midi and the recreational lake Lac de Jouarres. The medieval village of Minerve and La Cité castle in Carcassonne are also well worth a visit, as are nearby villages such as Assignan, Collioure and Lagrasse. Furthermore, numerous hiking trails and cycling routes can be found in the region.
The spacious villa with comfortable bedrooms offers plenty of privacy. It is fully fenced and therefore ideal for holidays with the dog. In the garden there is a lovely studio for 2 people which has air conditioning, its own kitchenette, bathroom and sofa bed. Around the heated swimming pool are lovely sun terraces with barbecue, sun loungers and a lounge set.
Carcassonne airport is 39 km away.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted

Grande maison, cuisine bien équipée, bel endroit calme, bons lits, barbecue et belle grande piscine. Une certaine attention devrait être accordée au mobilier d'extérieur.

+ maison spacieuse + bonnes installations lave-linge, sèche-linge, climatisation top + netflix et bon WiFi + grande piscine + 1 salle de bain spacieuse autre sur le petit côté +/- disposition de la cuisine est mal orientée par rapport aux piscines et terrasse. +/- grand beau jardin avec beaucoup d'arbres, plantes malheureusement pas très bien entretenues - seulement 2 verres à vin - il n'avait pas été nettoyé à l'arrivée, cela a été rectifié plus tard - les meubles de jardin doivent être remplacés (sauf le salon) Conclusion ; Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas perdu notre cœur pour cette maison, mais cela a été ok pendant une semaine.

L'emplacement de la maison est idéal. Très calme, à 2 km de la Redorte pour faire du shopping. Proche de Narbonne - Carcassonne et de nombreux bons vignerons. La disposition de la maison est légèrement inférieure, car vous pouvez facilement accéder à la terrasse depuis la dernière chambre.

Environnement très beau. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de verres à vin dans la maison, juste des verres d'apéritif; Bien belle cuisine Il n'est pas pratique que la chambre principale donne accès à la terrasse couverte: tout le monde devrait passer ici et cela peut être perturbant si vous avez un groupe d'amis louer une maison

Vigne du Paradis a répondu à toutes les attentes, belle maison moderne, superbe piscine décorée, superbe piscine (10 * 4,5) et beau temps. Aujourd'hui, il y a une autre épicerie dans le village (pratique, vous n'avez pas à marcher le matin en voiture), chez Roland, vous pouvez commander de délicieux pains et pâtisseries pour le lendemain, un petit assortiment de plats est également disponible,

Super belles vacances, service fantastique! La maison était en top-top, Peut-être un autre conseil pour les propriétaires est-il possible de chauffer la piscine, L'eau était bonne pour les adultes mais un peu trop froide pour notre petite séance d'un an, Nous attendons déjà avec impatience l'année prochaine,
