The check-in timing is 4-11 PM and check-out can be done between 8-9 AM.

The house is a beautiful villa for six people located on the outskirts of the village of Escales.
This villa has plenty of privacy, a large enclosed garden (1500 m2), a covered terrace and a private heated swimming pool. There are beautiful panoramic views over the Minervois valley with its rolling vineyards and the Montagne Noire in the background.
The villa has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Escales has a historic centre, with narrow streets and many old houses, which give it a cosy and typical atmosphere. Within walking distance of the villa you will find a bakery and a grocery shop, where you can pick up fresh croissants in the morning.
Around the house there is a well-kept garden (1500 m2) with all kinds of Mediterranean plants and a private swimming pool * which can be generously heated * measuring 4 x 8 metres (1.20 to 1.80 m deep). The heated pool allows you to enjoy a pleasant pool water temperature all year round.
There is a large private poolside terrace and a covered terrace with a luxurious lounge set and hammock.
Around the pool there are 6 sun loungers and a separate seating area to enjoy the magnificent views over the Minervois valley.
Of course, there is a stone barbecue (charcoal) for preparing the tastiest dishes.
The garden is completely enclosed and ideal for your holiday in the sun with a dog.
Escales is a village in the heart of the beautiful Minervois wine region. The village has a historic centre with narrow streets and many old houses. Here you can fully experience the typical French atmosphere. In the village, there is a grocery shop within walking distance for basic needs, such as bread. For your daily shopping, you can go to the supermarket in La Redorte, about 5 km away. For a larger supermarket or other shops and the weekly market, you can visit the town of Lézignan-Corbières (about 8 km). There is a restaurant in the village, L'Escale des Gourmets, open daily for lunch and dinner.
You can visit the historic centre of Carcassonne, famous for its medieval walled city.
The culturally rich city of Narbonne, with its beautiful cathedral, is also well worth a visit. From Escales, you can reach the Mediterranean in less than 45 minutes by car. Via the boulevards of Saint Pierre La Mer, Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan.

Belle maison, très agréable que chaque chambre a sa propre climatisation et peut être réglée à des degrés. Belle assise sur le toit au bord de la piscine, vraiment une plus-value. Le wifi fonctionne moins bien si vous voulez diffuser par exemple. Passé 2 semaines merveilleuses doute pour ce logement, mais il suffit de réserver.

La maison est aussi bien que sur les photos, les lits étaient confortables. Nous n'avons jamais eu un si bon équipement de cuisine, il faut un certain temps pour s'y habituer, qu'une des chambres n'est accessible que par les toilettes. Malheureusement, le volume de données Internet est très faible. Le gestionnaire immobilier responsable est toujours disponible et très serviable

Grande maison, dans un quartier calme. Tout est disponible, livres, DVD, fournitures et équipement de cuisine, ... suffisamment de possibilités de s'asseoir ou de s'asseoir au soleil et une piscine agréable. Belle vue!

La maison était magnifique. Tout était là, des ustensiles de cuisine aux appareils électroménagers, jeux de société, machine à laver, sèche-linge, ... Aussi bien qu'il y ait tellement d'endroits différents pour s'asseoir à l'extérieur, à tout moment de la journée, vous trouverez un endroit agréable pour vous asseoir.

Très belle villa fraîche. Tout est disponible, belle cuisine, bons lits, belle piscine chauffée et partout autour de la maison possibilité de s'asseoir à l'ombre ou au soleil.

Quelle belle maison! Complètement meublée, avec des livres et des jeux! Tant d’espace et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison! Si calme et avec une si belle vue! Et la piscine est magnifique! Dommage que la première nuit soit tombée en panne de courant et la compagnie de location qui a tout arrangé n’était pas joignable! Chers voisins à côté, le courant a fonctionné à nouveau le lendemain. La région est magnifique avec de nombreux arbres à raisins. Nous y étions exactement au moment de la cueillette. Nous avons passé un moment si merveilleux que nous avons déjà réservé pour l'année prochaine!

La réception a été confiée à la location de Kuypers. Impersonnel et pratique, mais complet et clair. Tout dans la clôture de l'appartement était vraiment fantastique. Un bel appartement de luxe, avec tous les accompagnements. La piscine était belle et la terrasse très confortable. La vue était vraiment phénoménal. La région immédiate n'est pas spéciale. En plus des belles villas assez proches les unes des autres, il est évident que celle-ci n’a été reconstruite que récemment. Lors de nos randonnées avec notre chien, des éclats de verre ordinaires, des encadrements de fenêtres vides et d’autres débris indéfinissables ont été retrouvés. La nature environnante est par ailleurs très accidentée et a certainement son propre charme. Les villages de la région sont très agréables, mais il y a beaucoup de places vacantes dans les villages, il n'y a donc pas vraiment de véritable confort à la française. , comme nous sommes habitués à d’autres vacances en France À notre avis, cet appartement est particulièrement recommandé pour des vacances qui soient centrées sur un séjour agréable, luxueux et agréable, au sein de la construction principale.
