Ty Charm can accommodate up to 6 travelers for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes. Its contemporary and warm decoration blends perfectly with the history of the place.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the garden level:
- A living room with TV and dining room
- An equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
- Separate toilet with sink and washing machine
Upstairs :
you will find a landing serving two bedrooms
- 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a double bed (140x190) on the mezzanine
- 1 bedroom with a bed (140x190) on the mezzanine accessible by a comfortable staircase
- A bathroom

The house is close to all amenities, restaurants, transport and parking (Lices parking lot). You can do everything on foot.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park at Place des Lices, paid parking open from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m.
