Cocoonr agency offers this house for rent in Saint-Coulomb, on the seafront, 5 minutes' walk from the superb Guimorais beach. This 80 m² house can accommodate up to 5 people and comprises a living room, a fitted kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, with beds made up on arrival. The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- Living room with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, including electric kettle, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 with three single beds
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine, etc.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Coulomb, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Area and activities :
- 2.5 km from the town of St-Coulomb, with bakery, butcher's shop and mini-market.
- 10 km from St Malo Intra Muros, and 10 km from Cancale
- On the seafront, with superb beaches all around the house. Ideal location for visiting the whole region. 40 km from Mont St-Michel.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the large hangar, which can accommodate several vehicles.

- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo station, about 15 minutes by car (9 km)
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, about 1h15 by car (81.3 km)

- The gîte is adjoining. Next door, the Pilotine sleeps 4 and can also be booked by Cocoonr.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival.
