This luxury holiday home is located in a beautiful area of Altea of the Costa Blanca region and is highly suitable for a wonderful family holiday. You have access to a communal spacious garden and swimming pool, and there are 2 balconies, both offering stunning views of the vicinity and the mountains.
Beach and shops are a few minutes' drive (Altea, Calpe) and various sights and beautiful hiking trails can be found nearby. There are also several golf courses nearby and it is possible to rent a boat in the marina of Marina Greenwich. Within 12 minutes, you are in the bustling heart of Benidorm with terraces, shops, sandy beach and water ski course. Aqua Natura (swimming paradise) and Terra Natura (zoo) are also recommended.
The holiday home consists of 2 floors which offer a balcony each. The entire house is fully equipped, with facilities like air conditioning, Dutch television channels and a Nespresso machine. A carport is also at your disposal.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
If you have a boating license, take it with you and rent a boat and enjoy Altea and its surroundings from the water. Highly recommended, but also for golf enthusiasts there are several golf courses in the area.

Fantastique appartement pour rester avec tout le confort moderne. Propre, moderne et une vue magnifique. La paix que vous y trouverez après avoir été au centre. Belle piscine où vous pourrez profiter des derniers rayons du soleil. En bref, hautement recommandé et mérite vraiment d'être répété pour nous!

Maison parfaite dans un endroit magnifique. Cependant, pour les magasins et les supermarchés, vous devez avoir une voiture car il n'y a rien à Altea Hills.

L'emplacement est vraiment magnifique. C'est seulement dommage que nous ayons déjà indiqué le premier jour que la machine à laver est en panne et que, malgré des communications répétées à ce sujet, le responsable n'a pas l'intention de résoudre ce problème. Nous faisons maintenant la lessive à la main !Nous avons aussi beaucoup de problèmes avec les fourmis dans la cuisine, chose qu'on sait aussi, car il y a même des boîtes d'appâts à fourmis sur le comptoir. Les fourmis s'en moquent et peuplent le comptoir de la cuisine en grand nombre. Dommage que dans un complexe de 10 appartements il n'y ait que 7 lits au bord de la piscine !

Fantastique maison située dans un endroit calme Altea Hills avec une vue imprenable depuis les montagnes sur la mer! Beau lever et coucher de soleil à regarder à la fois depuis la magnifique terrasse du salon et depuis votre lit! Très soigné et avec tout le confort! Hautement recommandé
