Large paved courtyard surrounded by a large fenced plot with olive trees and various fruit trees with the possibility of picking fruit in season. Outside the property is a country tourism complex with communal pool and wide views of the countryside and in the distance the town of Caltagirone (40 km) and the sea (25 km).
