Baraque Fraiture, in the municipality of Vielsalm, is one of the highest points in Belgium. The ski resort has 3 downhill runs and several cross-country ski trails. From the top of the Tailles plateau you have a magnificent view over the landscape of meadows, heaths and forests.
The owners merged knowledge and taste during the transformation of the house. This has resulted in the perfect combination of spacious, stylish furnishings, where you can enjoy being with your loved ones. Enjoy a barbecue in the garden under the sun and treat yourself to a drink at the bar in the evening. The recreation room including table tennis and billiards offers entertainment for all ages.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

L'ancien hôtel a beaucoup d'espace lorsque l'on part à plusieurs familles (ou groupes).Beaucoup a été rénové en bas, mais les chambres sont vétustes (sanitaires et douches "rafistolés"). Personnellement, je ne pensais pas qu'il était nettoyé bien avant l'arrivée. Grand et beau jardin, très beau, mais escalier dangereux vers le jardin pour les petits enfants (escalier en béton sans garde-corps).

Beaucoup d'espace mais mauvaise finition de la maison, pas soignée. Certaines chaises et sièges se sont cassés Il y avait une odeur désagréable dans la maison

malheureusement nos vacances n'ont pas pu continuer à la toute dernière minute.Belvilla n'était en aucun cas joignable et par mail je n'ai reçu aucune réponse, je n'ai pas reçu de confirmation si le propriétaire a été informé. très mauvais service

La maison est adaptée pour des grands groupes et assez bien équipée. Le soleil étant de la partie, nous avons pu également profiter des équipements extérieurs et du beau terrain.nnLe plus, est la gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire.

La maison n'était malheureusement pas complètement propre, les fenêtres n'avaient pas été nettoyées depuis longtemps et des toiles d'araignées dans toute la maison, la maison a été rénovée "rapidement", mais les détails pouvaient encore être beaucoup améliorés. Les assiettes et les verres étaient sales. Les propriétaires ont aidé avec la vaisselle. Le chauffage a échoué, a été réparé pendant notre séjour.

Maison avec beaucoup de potentiel mais... Entretien extrêmement sale et négligé. Des araignées partout, des mouches de terre, des souris mortes et des cornes trouvées, des plinthes se détachent partout (et c'est nous qui en sommes responsables)... Les propriétaires vraiment sales sont tout sauf amicaux.
