Both holiday homes (CIF825 and CIF826) consist of two floors connected by internal staircases. An open-plan kitchen with dining area, living room and toilet are on the ground floor while four bedrooms with bathrooms are on the upper floor.

A sauna with relaxation zone and whirlpool is only available in holiday property CIF825.
On the grounds there is a pool with sun deck, as well as a terrace with barbecue for pleasant summer evenings. Walk down to the beach and swim in the crystal-clear sea with a view of the Brijuni Islands just opposite.
