Living-dining room with table for 6-8 people, television, Wi-Fi, fireplace, exit to a large terrace with sofa and sun loungers to enjoy the views of the sea and the city of Ibiza.
Going down some steps there are two double bedrooms with a 150x190 cm bed, and a double bedroom with a 135x190 cm bed.

Top floor:
1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Exit to the terrace with sea views.
Abroad:
Swimming pool with hammocks, parasols and chill-out. Outdoor dining area with table for 8 people and barbecue. Completely fenced. Parking for 3 cars.

AC in the living room and bedrooms.
A house is being built near the plot.

Crib and high chair.
Complete cleaning every 7 days, with change of sheets and towels.
