Beautiful and spacious semi-detached house with communal pool. The holiday home is located in Orihuela Costa, Costa Blanca. It is elegantly and tastefully furnished and the living space is spread over two floors. Outside there is a large terrace at both the front and rear. Outside there is a large roof terrace with private access via an external staircase from the 1st floor terrace. Features include a barbecue, underfloor heating and air conditioning. So you can make yourself comfortable here at any time of year. The communal pool is large.
The house has an excellent location, as it is very close to Torrevieja, the La Zenia shopping centre and very close to two golf courses. Torrevieja offers all kinds of activities: you can practice water sports, visit the famous salt flats, stroll along the promenade and the marina and enjoy the gastronomy of the many national and international restaurants.
