Outside July and August, weekend rentals (Friday to Sunday) are available on request.

- A bright suite with queen-size bed (160 x 200) and en-suite bathroom.

On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- A fourth bedroom with a magnificent terrace overlooking the sea is located above the living room kitchen.
- En-suite bathroom and WC

Exterior:
The villa has a heated swimming pool and a terrace with a wonderful sea view. The pool is equipped with an anti-drowning alarm system.

Surroundings:
- Beach only 10 minutes away by car.
- In the village of Erbalunga: convenience store, tobacconist's with lotto, post office with cash dispenser, butcher's, baker's, several restaurants on the pretty square, including a gourmet restaurant.
- Sporting activities: canoeing from the village, hiking, diving.
- Transport: Bus from the village, cab by telephone.
