Villa di Bugno is a splendid Tuscan farmhouse dating back to the end of the 19th century, characterised by mezzane and beams that enhance its historical charm. The villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a welcoming living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. In a passage room, there is a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for two children or teenagers.
The furnishings are a mix of designer pieces and valuable furniture, creating a unique and refined environment. In the large garden, you will find a delightful annex with bedroom and private bathroom, ideal for guests.
The property is semi-detached, as it is part of a large building, but access to the property is guaranteed by an automatic gate and includes private parking. The large and well-kept private garden is adorned with classic Impruneta tiles and features a semi-inground swimming pool, complete with sunbathing area, gazebo, tables, chairs and outdoor armchairs.

Nous avions une attente différente de la maison et du jardin en fonction de la description et des photos. A savoir :- La maison n'est pas mitoyenne, le propriétaire utilisait le même jardin donc pas d'intimité et d'odeur de fumée. - Pas 5, mais 4 chambres dont 1 en annexe, ce n'est pas bien précisé. L'un des lits était un lit sur des palettes - Mauvaises instructions pour les ordures, demandées à plusieurs reprises - Ne parle pas du tout anglais - Le jardin est en désordre avec des chiffons sales, des jardinières cassées, du verre brisé - Mauvais éclairage à l'intérieur, donc très sombre.
