The house features a vast 70 m² cathedral living room opening onto a large terrace facing the sea, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room, 3 WCs and a scullery. Two 30 m² terraces equipped with deckchairs, table and chairs to enjoy a 180° view.
Approximately 1 hectare of untouched land brings the pleasant colors and smells of the maquis, and is a real playground for children.
