With a surface area of 95 m² and sleeping up to 6 people, it comprises a living room with lounge and kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden with terrace. All linen is 4-star hotel quality, and the beds are made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!

The house is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Neighbourhood and activities :
- By staying at Maison Castellio, you are a 5-minute walk from Rennes train station, and 250 metres from the Jacques Cartier metro station, near which you will find local shops.
- Two or three metro stations will take you right into the heart of the city, with its wealth of restaurants, shops and bars.
- Les Halles centrales, the national theatre, museums, cinemas, concert halls and Le Liberté shows are all just a 15-minute walk away.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby pay car park.

- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, about 14 minutes by car (6.2 km)
