It consists on the ground floor of a dining room area, kitchen area, separate WC. On the first floor, a sleeping area with a 140 double bed as well as a single bed and a bathroom. On the top floor, under the roof, a sleeping area with two single beds (note: only suitable for children because the ceiling height is very low and it can be hot there depending on the season). no TV.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week

The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)

You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).
