The east-west-facing, well-equipped house comprises a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with sofa bed, bathroom with shower. You'll enjoy a lovely terrace with barbecue, and a garden. Private parking space. Air conditioning and heating. Bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you!

The house is composed as follows:
First floor:

Upstairs velux windows are remote-controlled and close automatically in case of rain.

- Beautiful terrace and garden with mountain views. The garden furniture and barbecue are ideal for relaxing. You'll even be able to catch a glimpse of the Mont Blanc chain in the distance!

The property is ideally located in Marnaz, in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood, yet within easy reach of many attractions.

- A car is essential, as there is no public transport on site.
- Two cars can be parked in the gated courtyard. In addition, there are three parking spaces on the street.
- By car, easy access to all surrounding towns thanks to quick access to the D1205 road and the A40 freeway, between Cluses and Bonneville.
