Ferme la Gayolle" is located between Saint-Gervais and Les Contamines, in a quiet area on the heights of Saint-Gervais. It is 6.5km from the village center and all amenities (sports stores, bakery, mini-market, tobacconist, restaurant, bar), and 7.5km from the ski lifts.Ideal for vacations with family or friends, we offer you the "Chalet la Gayolle" on the heights of Saint-Gervais.
Chalet - Rustic Savoyard farmhouse, 130 m², sleeps up to 11. The farmhouse has a large garden with terrace and south-west exposure, with beautiful views of Mont Joly and the valley.

Composition of the farm :

- 60 m² living room with wood-burning stove, television...
- Kitchen with built-in fridge and freezer, 5-burner electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, raclette and fondue machines, washing machine.
- 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140*190) and a single bed.
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4, 80x190) and 1 single bed (80*190).
- Bathroom with bath, shower and 2 washbasins.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower.
- 2 separate WCs with washbasins.

Additional amenities: parking space for 3 cars, ski storage in separate mazot. Firewood provided by tenant. Barn with ping-pong table and mini-football. Pets not allowed.

Please note: winter equipment strongly recommended for access to chalet.
