Located in one of the best neighbourhoods in Calafell, this community stands out for its great location, as it is only a 2 minute walk from the beach of Calafell. In addition, the community has two swimming pools surrounded by natural grass, which creates a very familiar and relaxing atmosphere.
On the ground floor there is a living-dining room, a separate kitchen, the first bathroom with shower and access to the two exterior terraces, opposite on each side of the house. The back terrace of the house has both a barbecue and outdoor dining area as well as direct access to the community pool area, ideal for families travelling with children.
Upstairs are the four bedrooms and the second bathroom, this one with bathtub.
This townhouse has a private underground garage for one car, although it is worth noting that thanks to its great location and proximity to all kinds of services (restaurants, bars, leisure, etc.) the car is practically unnecessary.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.
1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h and Check-ins that end after 21:00h will have a supplement of €50.
