This magnificent duplex is composed on the first floor of a vast living room equipped with a real kitchen and a lounge area arranged around a magnificent fireplace. On the first floor you will find a spacious and tastefully decorated bedroom, bathroom. You will enjoy a terrace overlooking a large garden not overlooked in the quiet countryside of Saint Lunaire. In the heart of the countryside above Saint Lunaire, you are close to the village center and its shops and less than 2kms from the beaches of Saint Briac and Saint Lunaire. At only a few kms from Dinard and Saint Malo you will be able to enjoy the shops and tourist activities of the Emerald Coast.
