Level 1: an entrance, an American kitchen, a dining room, a mezzanine, a living room in the veranda, all air-conditioned. Two bedrooms with a double bed (140 or 160), one bedroom with two twin beds (2*90), a shower room, and an independent toilet.

Level -1: A studio with independent entrance, a kitchen, a shower room with toilet, and a bedroom with two twin beds (2*90).

Possibility to park 3 vehicles within the house premises.

To be paid on-site: Security deposit €1600 (by credit card, not charged), tourist tax (according to the current rate), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning €200.
