This comfortable and spacious holiday home is located just 20 metres from the beach of Coma-Ruga, known for its fine sand and crystalline waters.

The house has 6 double bedrooms: one of them located on the ground floor and the other five on the first floor. It is worth mentioning that two of these bedrooms are en suite and have their own bathroom and access to the upper terrace. This house has 4 bathrooms in total.

On the lower floor we also find the spacious living-dining room with direct access to the main terrace and the independent kitchen, fully equipped and with access to the backyard.

This house is perfect for families with children and for those who love long walks on the beach. The beach of Coma-Ruga is marked with the blue flag of quality, and in addition, just a few minutes from the house is the Masia Blanca marine reserve, acclaimed for its great variety of fauna and flora.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.

1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h. and Check-ins that end after 21:00h will have a supplement of €50.
