The Rundershoeve is a gem of a vacation home in the Kempen region. The renovated farmhouse has a large garden with heated swimming pool, outdoor bar, petanque court and soccer field and is therefore ideal for a family vacation. The house and accompanying spacious chalet together have 7 spacious bedrooms with 14 adult beds and 1 children's bunk bed. There are 3 bathrooms and the house is fully equipped for a pleasant stay.
The property is owned by Kathleen, who was formerly a member of the Belgian music group K3, and by Steven. But now they reside in South Africa. However, they make an annual visit to Belgium to enjoy their beautiful home in the forest. They have put a lot of love and care into the Rundershoeve, and are delighted to share it with others so they can experience the tranquility and beauty of the Kempen region. With its endless options for entertainment and activities, the Rundershoeve is the perfect place for an unforgettable family vacation, a team-building retreat, or simply a peaceful getaway.
The house is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, from a fully-equipped kitchen to a laundry room. The heated swimming pool and outdoor bar are perfect for relaxing and entertaining, while the spacious terrace offers stunning views of the garden and surrounding forest. The property also has an entertainment area for children, making it ideal for families. For K3 fans, there is also a room with all of K3's gold and platinum records and a movie prop can be found in the house!
The location of the Rundershoeve is ideal for exploring the Kempen region. It is only 25 minutes from Hasselt, 30 minutes from attraction park Bobbejaanland, 40 minutes from Antwerp and one hour from Liège and Eindhoven. The area offers a wide range of activities and attractions, from hiking and biking trails, to historic sites and picturesque villages. There are many opportunities for outdoor activities such as horseback riding, fishing, and even a visit to the local zoo, providing endless entertainment for the whole family.

Bien mieux que prévu. Des chambres incroyablement belles. Tout est bien arrangé avec les draps, les serviettes, etc. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et visités. L'espace autour de la maison est parfait pour les activités de groupe. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la piscine et le jardin. Par mauvais temps, il y a également suffisamment d'espace pour s'asseoir à l'intérieur avec le groupe. Vraiment recommandé :)

Nous avons apprécié la paix que cette ferme a pu offrir où nous avons pu nous amuser intensément. A notre arrivée, nous avons été impressionnés par une lettre de bienvenue personnelle des propriétaires et des boissons fraîches ainsi que des collations dans le réfrigérateur.Nous devons dire que le jardin et la tranquillité qui l'accompagne sont vraiment le plus grand atout de ce logement. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas eu un temps trop beau et nous n'avons découvert que plus tard dans la semaine que la piscine n'était pas trop propre d'après notre expérience. En signalant cela, ils ont envoyé quelqu'un et ont fait le nécessaire. La maison elle-même n'est certes pas neuve (luxe) mais elle a son charme. Si vous recherchez le plaisir et la paix nécessaire, alors il est définitivement recommandé !
