The interior is furnished in a simple style.Location and outside area Nice little villa surrounded by magnificent mature gardens with trees, abundant vegetation and some lawn offering complete privacy, quietness, and nice views on the surrounding landscape from the balustrade of the veranda. Located in the countryside, a 5-10 minute drive from Coín. The garden also features a barbecue area and a swimming pool (8x4 m ; 1m - 2 deep) surrounded with artificial grass. There is a little veranda with views on the garden.Inside and lay-out The accommodation is all on one floor and comprises a lounge, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms. The interior will strike you by its simplicity compared to the luscious splendour of the exterior. The living room has a sofa, 2 armchairs, open fireplace, and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 ringed gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. The bedrooms sleep 4 persons: the master bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom 2 single beds.
