Very close by is the popular seaside resort of Perros-Guirec with its beaches, its marina, its Thalasso and a wide range of typical bars and restaurants, as well as pretty boutiques. The picturesque harbor town of Port-Blanc belongs to the municipality of Penvénan and offers fine sandy beaches also shops, restaurants and lots of variety. Worth seeing is the small chapel stuck on the impressive granite rocks on the beach of Port Blanc. The water sports center leaves nothing to be desired - from catamarans to surfing, wakeboarding, kite surfing and diving, there is a lot on offer here. Environment: The 11 km long coastline around Penvénan offers hikers and cyclists wonderful views of bizarre rock formations, offshore islets and hidden bathing bays. At low tide, the beach turns into a haven for shell collectors and shrimp fishermen. Excursions to the surrounding Breton cities of Paimpol, Lannion and Tréguier, as well as to the flower island of Bréhat are recommended.
