On the bay of St. Brieuc, 150 m from Lermot beach, this ground-level, very comfortable holiday home is situated on a well-kept, enclosed garden plot of 1,000 sqm. Enjoy the quiet location at the end of the small headland. An ideal, central location between the Côte du Goëlo to the west and the Côte de Penthièvre to the east. You can reach lively harbour and seaside resorts in about 20 minutes by car.
The bay of St. Brieuc is known for its high tides. At low tide, the mudflats are teeming with life and are ideal for collecting shells and crabbing. Nature lovers will enjoy the more than 100 different species of birds that can be observed in the local nature reserve. Attractive excursion destinations include the seaside resort of St. Quay-Portrieux with its seawater swimming pool overlooking the sea, or Binic and Paimpol, two harbour towns with numerous restaurants and a picturesque old town. To the east, the Rosa granite coast with its impressive rock formations and Cap Fréhel with its steep cliffs beckon.
