Every Sunday there is a weekly market opposite the large parking by the sea, which is open from 8 am to 2 pm. A short walk through the city with a visit to the basilica and the nine life-size statues of the Guanche kings is well worth it. Excursion tip: The island's capital of Santa Cruz is only 15 kilometers away - ideal for walking and shopping and stopping in one of the tapas bars
