The accommodation, an old Mallorcan "possessió" of medieval times has been completely renovated preserving the main characteristics, which gives it a very special character. Thick walls, stone walls and original windows that will make it possible for guests to discover the true essence of Mallorca. In addition, this wonderful estate is located in the east of Mallorca, next to the Llevant Natural Park, a must for nature lovers. The interior, very spacious and bright, is decorated with exquisite taste and high quality furniture that blends completely with the architectural style of the accommodation, as you will find classic Mallorcan-style furniture and designer furniture. As far as the exterior is concerned, the house is located in a very quiet area and is equipped with several totally private terraces ideal to contemplate the idyllic place that surrounds the property. In addition the main terrace consists of a large pool with views of the countryside and the sea.

The closest town to the farm is Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, a small town located in the center of Mallorca. In the center of town you can find several restaurants and bars, supermarkets and small shops where you can buy 100% Mallorcan products. It is also very close to Artà, a large town where you will enjoy numerous services and a variety of handmade products. There you can visit the Llevant Natural Park, the weekly market, the impressive archaeological site of the Talayotic village of Ses Païsses or take a bike ride or walk along the greenway that reaches Manacor. In addition, the farm is just 20 minutes drive from the beach of Sa Colònia de Sant Pere or Betlem and half an hour from the virgin coves of Cala Torta, Ca los Camps or Cala Mitjana. It is also close to the tourist center of Cala Ratjada. Undoubtedly, the location of the farm allows you to move easily through one of the most charming areas of Mallorca.
