The apartment is on the lower level and does not need air conditioning in summer or heat in winter. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a free standing one in the living room. The property is located in Serramar, above the coastal town of La Cala del Moral. The accommodation is ideal for 2 people. The apartment is rented for a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 180 days for longer stays.
Guests should have a car or motorcycle. Without their own means of transport, guests have to be fit without mobility problems to walk up and down the coastal road. The property is not wheelchair accessible. Private access is via an internal spiral staircase from the street to the apartment. The walk back to the property from town and beach is steep and takes less than 15 minutes.
