This very pretty duplex apartment, completely renovated in 2022, is located in the heart of the town of Plougasnou, in the bay of Morlaix, just 1 km from a beautiful beach. You have private access to this accommodation, which extends from the 1st to the 2nd floor of a commercial building. Here you will find very good comfort and a pleasant setting to discover the magnificent north coast of Brittany. Ideal for a short stay in any season or, why not, for telecommuting in vacation country. Starting from the village square, where your building is located, you will walk down in a few minutes to the beach of Saint-Jean-du-Doigt, other magnificent beaches are located all around, at the eastern end of the bay. from Morlaix and are spread over more than 17 km of coastline. In addition to wide sandy beaches, supervised in summer, there are also small protected coves. The GR 34 hiking trail, which goes around the bay of Morlaix , is particularly appreciated by nature lovers and hikers. Many viewpoints allow you to admire Fort du Taureau, the Callot and Louet islands as well as several islets for the protection of birds. The town of Plougasnou is ideally located on the border between the departments of Finistère and Côtes d'Armor.
