The salt pool, measuring 9m x 5m and with a depth of between 1.2m and 1.7m, is the star of this dream home. Surrounded by a terrace with nine sunbeds and an outdoor shower, it is an ideal place to enjoy the Mediterranean sun. Several terraces invite you to have an outdoor barbecue and eat with the whole family. The children enjoy playing in the garden, while the adults have a game of petanque. This spectacular house is totally private and has no direct neighbours.
On the ground floor, a comfortable and spacious living-dining room invites you to spend time with the family, perhaps while watching a movie on the satellite TV. The kitchen with another dining table has all the utensils to prepare a feast, including a gas and vitro-ceramic cooker. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed, two bathrooms with shower and a toilet.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms with one double bed each and one with two single beds, three of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower each. In addition, there is a separate shower room upstairs. The upstairs room has a small gymnasium. We can provide up to two cots and two high chairs on request. Five fans complete the equipment. The owner cares about the environment and has installed solar panels.
In the town of Manacor you will find everything you need for an independent stay, such as supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Manacor is also famous for the pearl factory Majorica. Nearby are the Caves of Drach, a world of stalactites and stalagmites with an underground lake, the so-called Llac Martel.
Regarding the beaches, the east coast has many dream beaches; among them Cala Mandia-Cala Anguila, Porto Cristo, Cales de Mallorca and the wonderful Cala Varques, a natural beach accessible by foot.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
