The Santa Lucia house with an antique wood-burning stove is on 2 levels with a four-poster bedroom with bathroom, a living room with comfortable double sofa bed and a dining room with small kitchen. It is cosy and intimate despite being part of an ancient Umbrian Borgo dating back to 1500 with a total of 6 houses.
Although it is possible to cook an excellent breakfast on your own, with a nice morning walk in the surroundings you can choose to try small bars in nearby Umbertide, where you will find nice shops and cosy restaurants where in the evening you can dine on typical Umbrian cuisine, enjoying an excellent truffle
The accommodation has a washing machine and dryer in a common room and a lovely garden at your disposal, ideal for relaxing. Parking is available on site and you can fire up the barbecue in a dedicated communal corner for a pleasant evening of grilled specialities. In addition, a fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal in the house.
