Located in Algaiga, in the centre of Mallorca, this beautiful country house with terrace and Wi-Fi is ideal for 3 guests.

Sa Raconada house is at 15 minutes driving to S’Arenal Beach, and Palma’s Aquarium. At 15 minutes driving is the golf field Son Gual and Puntiró. A short 20 minutes journey separates the finca from the Capital, Palma de Mallorca, famous for the attractive downtown, La Seu Cathedral, Bellver Castle and Santa Catalina’s fashion neighbourhood. Regarding the beaches, you can choose between the south ones as Cala Mayor, Can Pastilla and S’Arenal, or southeast natural beaches such as Es trenc and Ses Covetes.

Even though the house is near to interesting places and the beach, it is located in a very romantic place on the field. The terrace and the porch invite to do barbecues or sunbathing in one of the two hammocks, while the kids play on the garden. With access to the upstairs terrace by an exterior staircase, and equipped with garden furniture and a sun umbrella. At the entrance there is the dining room that goes to the kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, dish washer and gas hub, among others. At the other side is the living room with a wood stove, air conditioning and TV. Ideal for a family, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a second one with a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a bath tub and a hair dryer. Pending on the season, you can harvest fresh fruits from the trees. The finca is home to some dogs.

To consider:

En las Islas Baleares existe una tasa turística, llamada Ecotasa, que se tiene que abonar por cada huésped a partir de 16 años. El importe es de 2.2 Eur por noche y persona en temporada alta y 0.55 Eur por noche y persona en temporada baja. A partir de la novena noche, este importe se reduce la mitad. La Ecotasa se cobrará antes de la llegada a través de una tarjeta Visa / MasterCard con un enlace de pago seguro. Dicho pago es obligatorio.

La fianza de 150 Eur será retenida a través de una tarjeta de crédito y el cliente tendrá que facilitar sus datos a través de un enlace de pago seguro. Será devuelta dentro de 7 días después de la salida.
