The house is spread over 3 floors, which are themselves placed on various levels, therefore ideal for a large family or a group of friends. And it ends in the large terrace adjacent to the living room and kitchen where you will spend unforgettable evenings.

You can visit the medieval village like Cupra, Grottamare Alta and wonderful cities like Ascoli Piceno, Macerata, Pescara, Rome. For nature lovers, the two national parks, Gran Sasso and Monti Sibillini, offer itineraries to be done both on foot and by bicycle.

The interiors of the home are tastefully decorated and bedrooms offer a peaceful sleep. For your child’s convenience, there is a high chair and camping cot. You can keep your luggage in the storage room as well.
