Due to the stairs inside, the house is less suitable for people with mobility problems.

The residence is located in a peaceful location, about 2.5 km from Saint-Paul-en-Forêt. The region is home to some nice sights, such as Lake Rioutard (hiking and fishing), the church of St. Paul (XVIII), with a statue of St. Paul himself, and the chapel of St. Joseph.
