The vacation home is located in an area with many bicycle paths and hiking trails through the characteristic flora and fauna. It is within walking distance of Maastricht and not far from Aachen. A visit to the famous Eben-Emael fort is not to be missed by history buffs. Restaurants are located at a short distance from the accommodation.

Inside, you will enjoy a spacious and well-equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining table and board games. The accommodation has a barbecue for those pleasant summer afternoons and the rooms offer plenty of atmosphere and comfort. Enjoy the view of the vegetable garden and grazing animals during your well-deserved vacation near the Dutch border!

The accommodation is suitable for holidaymakers with reduced mobility, although it does not have an aggregation permit.

The Gîte du Tilleul can accommodate 4 people and is ideal for families. It is very spacious, bright and has a nice view of the garden, the vegetable patch and the animals grazing calmly. Under the lime tree, sit down at the table and enjoy a coffee or a delicious barbecue.

Inside, you benefit from a large well-equipped kitchen to cook good meals. And if you don't feel like it, don't worry, you will find restaurants just a stone's throw away.

In the living-dining room, the large table awaits you to share your meals or a game of goose. Games and books are at your disposal so that you have a great time.

In the master bedroom, a comfortable double bed awaits you with its storage unit. It is through this beautifully flowered bedroom that you pass to access the bathroom as well as the second bedroom.

The bathroom is spacious, equipped with plenty of storage space and a walk-in shower.

In the sleeping area, you will find a bunk bed, for small or large people (90x200cm), and a storage unit.

Located next to the owners' house, it is easy to exchange advice and tips so that you can make your stay a magical moment. The Gîte du Tilleul is ideally located for touring the region, which is largely provided with cycle paths and hiking trails. For history buffs, many visits are organized to the famous Fort of Eben-Emael.

This cottage can accommodate a disabled person although they do not have the aggregation license, the measurements of the doors and the bathroom allow it.
